2005-02-18 ADSL prices drop again! Print

Last month we introduced our new "Mk 3" ADSL sevice plans. Demand for these plans has been strong, and that's enabled us to drop the prices on the most popular plans! Details are available online at http://www.virtual.net.au/goto.php?page=dslinfo

For existing ADSLsurf or ADSLbudget Mk 3 customers - If you've connected or changed to a "Mk 3" plan (in the last month), the pricing change will be reflected from your next invoice automatically. Invoices already sent to you will stand as issued and need to be paid at the old price.


For existing ADSLplus customers - our business grade plans are currently under review, but remain unchanged at this time.


For existing ADSLsurf, ADSLbudget or ADSLflatrate (Mk 1/2) customers:


  1. Head on over to "My Account" at http://www.virtual.net.au. Login, then select "Monthly Usage" from the menu to check your recent service history, then,

  2. Download and print the Plan change request form (you will find it on the usage screen). Use the information on the Monthly Usage screen to help you choose the best plan for your needs

  3. Complete the details, then mail or fax to us for processing


Providing you are out of contract, and you agree to a new 6-month contract period, plan change fees are waived (except change of line speed fees if applicable). If you're not sure about your contract status or which plan to choose, call us on 1300 132351 and select option 3.

Rush your plan change form to our office TODAY! Providing it reaches us prior to close of business next Thursday (27/2/05), and does not involve a line speed change, your plan change will take effect from 1/2/05!

If you prefer, as an existing ADSL broadband customer, you can remain on your current service plan, however we strongly advise you to take a look at the new plans - we're sure that they will save you money.
