We are pleased to advise that the first stage of our new My Account functionality is now operational.  This first stage provides access to service, usage, invoice and payment information as well as allowing for credit card payments.  A second stage, which provides the capability to manage email services will follow.

The lack of My Account functionality for such an extended period has been inconvenient for many of our customers.  What was planned to be a relatively short disruption to service turned into something quite different due to factors mostly outside our control.  If you have been inconvenienced during this transition phase to our new accounts system, we do sincerely apologise.

While the My Account functionality is still incomplete, you will still notice some improvements over our previous facility.  For example, usage information is presented in daily increments (previously monthly), and in more detail.  You can also re-download PDF invoices and more.

If you have used our old My Account system, please continue to use your former username and password.  If you have recently joined us as a client (welcome!), please use the details provided on your service welcome letter.  If you're not sure of the correct details, and can't login, please contact us and quote your security PIN for assistance.
