Service degraded: ADSL (11 August 2010) Print

Virtual Access was aware of a problem affecting some ADSL customers today, starting at around 5 AM.

This problem caused a partial and intermittent loss of connection from our ADSL services to some Internet servers.  In particular, access to Virtual Access services such as this web site and email were known to be affected.

As of 10:20 AM, this fault has been rectified.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
