Email & My Account service status update Print

As part of our service upgrades announced in late January, email and MY ACCOUNT services were disrupted in the early morning of 11 March.


Due to some unforeseen problems, the service upgrades planned were unsuccessful on this occasion.  Further work will be undertaken with a view to completing planned service upgrades as soon as possible.  In the meantime, our service continues to operate as before.


A small amount of email which was received by our servers between approximately 12:45 AM and 6:45 AM is currently not available for downloading or viewing.  The email is safe, however, and we are working hard to make it available to you as quickly as possible.
