Update: Bushfire Response Print

Further to our earlier notice, Virtual Access wishes to advise our customers who have been affected by the recent bushfires that special arrangements have been made with our suppliers to assist with getting you back online.


Unfortunately, because of issues of privacy we will not receive a list of our affected customers from your telephone provider(s), and so we are asking that you contact us on 1300 132351, particularly if you had an ADSL service from Virtual Access at a premises which was destroyed by fire.  This will help us to credit your account appropriately, and also to assist you in getting back online in the most appropriate way, when it's best for you.


Our hearts go out to all who have suffered any kind of loss in this terrible tragedy.  We ask that you would please call us as soon as you are able to help us to serve you.
