Our customers say...

Bushfire response Print

As I write this article for our web site, words are simply not enough.  Although many of our customers would be unaware of it, Virtual Access has been very active in the Murrindindi & Yarra Ranges shires for many years.  If fact, in some of the fire affected areas we were one of the first ISP's to provide service.

I am sure that the devastation that I have heard of and seen on TV is only a portion of the horrible reality faced by many of our customers - a good number of whom we regard as friends also.   Regardless of whether you know us well or not, if you have been affected by the recent bushfires we want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are very much with you.

Obviously it will take some time to rebuild homes, business and lives, and it will consequently be a long time before many of your services are (or need to be) re-established.  We want to assure you that as you have supported Virtual Access for many years, so we at Virtual Access will use our best efforts to assist you in this time of disaster.

If your landline telephone service will be out of action for some time, please contact us so that we can make appropriate arrangements for you. Take your time - we understand that you will have much nigher priorities in a time such as this.

Again, from all at Virtual Access, our deepest sympathy to you.

Yours Sincerely,

Alan Williamson
