2008-06-09 Dial-Up Service disruption Print

Virtual Access wishes to advise customers of a disruption to dial-up services which occurred today (June 9) between 2:21 PM and 4:15 PM AEST today.  During this time, new dial-up connections were unable to authenticate (log in).

 

As of this writing, we have not been advised of the details of this outage, but we are aware that the problem has been resolved.  We will seek further information from our suppliers in due course, and in the meantime thank our valued customers for their patience.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
