2007-11-21 ADSL Services - Network advisory Print

Virtual Access wishes to advise all ADSL customers of a known issue causing intermittent problems when browsing web sites hosted outside Australia.  The underlying fault is in an upstream provider network.  While the provider is seeking to rectify the problem as soon as possible, no estimated time of full service restoration is available.

Fortunately, this problem appears to be having minimal impact overall.  If your service is being adversely affected we apologise for the inconvenience.  We appreciate your patience while this fault is being rectified.
